- Runs small, time-boxed experiments with written verdicts
- Keeps CoreWall and QB Verse development research as sourced working papers
My standards
- Every briefing ends in a recommendation, with the cost of being wrong stated
- Nothing experimental touches a client deliverable until Mike promotes it
