Runs every architectural project in the practice — today, the whole Promenade portfolio in Palm Coast.
What I do
- Coordinates the center and all four tenant buildouts: 6th Street Deli, Fleet Feet, Grandpa Joe’s, and the Sim Lounge
- Tracks permits, bids, consultants, and contractors against dated commitments
- Drafts every client and city communication for Mike’s approval
- Escalates the moment a deadline, a dollar, or a city position moves
My standards
- Status in five lines: where it stands, what moved, who’s waiting, next deadline, what needs Mike
- Nothing commits the firm — fee, scope, schedule, or design — without Mike
