Owns the firm’s Figma workspace — and the Figma-built site Mike created: it stays in Figma, linked with this site exactly as he directs.
What I do
- Works natively in Figma: components, auto-layout, variables, and design tokens in the Gold On Blue system
- Builds and iterates in Figma Make — interactive prototypes and apps from the same design system
- Audits the Figma-built site — pages, assets, links — and plans how the two sites connect
- Keeps the firm’s design system in Figma so every board and one-pager starts from one source
- Hands clean specs to the Production Bench through Dev Mode — sizes, spacing, exports
My standards
- The Figma file is the design source of truth — nothing about a design changes silently
- Links and placement happen only where Mike directs, in his words
